Medical Staffing Network Holdings Inc (NYSE:MRN) will hold a conference call to discuss the earnings for the second quarter of 2008 on February 15 at 12:00 pm.

Medical Staffing provides per diem nurse staffing services as a temporary healthcare staffing company.  The company places professionals, primarily nurses, in hospitals and other healthcare facilities to fill the temporary staffing needs of their clients.  Staffing assignments include clerical, janitorial and food services.

As of December 31, 2006, the company reported having 100 operational branches that provided temporary staffing services for 40 states with 7,000 healthcare facilities as clients.

Medical Staffing acquired InteliStaf Holdings in July 2007.
