Mac (NYSE: FRE) has named Anthony Renzi to the position of Executive VP of
single-family portfolio management. Renzi is a 24-year veteran of GMAC
Residential Capital, where he has held several leadership spots and gained
hands-on experience working in operations, portfolio management and loss
mitigation on a multi-billion dollar portfolio.

Renzi
will assume this position on April 19, 2010. In this role he will have the
responsibility for the loss management in the single-family credit portfolio
and will oversee the company’s loss mitigation activities.
