Walmart Issues Recall for GE Coffee Makers

Walmart has issued a recall for more than 900,000 GE coffee makers after receiving 83 reports of the machines overheating, smoking and catching fire.

The coffee makers were sold exclusively at Walmart stores between March 2008 and January 2010. The recall includes GE 12-cup digital coffee makers with the model number 169164 or 169165.

Consumers are urged to stop using the coffee makers and return them to Walmart stores for a full refund.
