Oxnard California Shooting at E. O. Green Junior High School

A 15-year-old eighth-grader is in serious condition after he was shot by another student in Oxnard, California. The shooting took place at E.O. Green Junior High School about 8:30 a.m. inside a classroom.

No names have been released but the victim was rushed to St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard.

The shooter reportedly fled the school after the incident but was apprehended by police.

The junior-high school was under lock-down.
