First Energy (FE) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call February 25
FirstEnergy
(NYSE:FE) will hold a conference call on February 25 at 1:00 pm to discuss the
fourth quarter earnings for 2007.
A holding
company, FirstEnergy Corp directly or indirectly holds the common stock for its
eight principal electric utility operating subsidiaries, Ohio Edison Company
(OE), the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (CEI), the Toledo Edison
Company (TE), Pennsylvania Power Company (Penn), American Transmission Systems
Inc (ATSI), Jersey Central Power and Light Company (JCP&L), Metropolitan
Edison Company (Met-Ed) and Pennsylvania Electric Company (Penelec).
The company
sold its remaining FirstEnergy Facilities Services Group LLC (FSG) subsidiaries
in December 2006. In March 2006, 60% of
the company’s interest in MYR Group Inc was sold.
