Greatbatch Inc (GB) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call February 25

Greatbatch Inc (NYSE:GB) will hold a conference call on February 25 at 5:00 pm to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.

Greatbatch develops and manufactures batteries, capacitors, feedthroughs, enclosures and other components for implantable medical devices through its Implantable Medical Components business.

The company also develops and produces batteries and battery packs for commercial applications, such as oil and gas exploration, pipeline inspection, telematics, oceanographic equipment, seismic, communication, military and aerospace applications through it’s Electrochem Commercial Power business.

Greatbatch clientel includes Biotronik, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, the Sorin Group and St. Jude Medical.

The company acquired the assets of BIOMEC on April 3, 2007, Enpath Medical in June 2007, Quan Emertq LLC and Engineered Assemblies Corporation in November 2007 and P Medical Holding in January 2008.
