Neil Young to Perform at Teatro Arcimboldi in Milano February 24

Neil Young will be performing live in Milano, Italy at the Teatro Arcimboldi on Sunday, February 24 at 8:30 pm.

A Canadian singer, songwriter, guitarist, pianist and film director, Neil Young is known for his deep lyrics, distinctive guitar work, his signature nasal tenor voice and his folk like acoustic rock style music, such as in “Heart of Gold,” “Harvest Moon” and “Old Man” as well as his electric hard rock heard in “Cinnamon Girl,” Rockin’ in the Free World” and “Hey Hey My My (Into the Black).”  Young has directed several films under the name Bernard Shakey.  His films included Journey Through the Past (1973), Rust Never Sleeps (1979), Human Highway(2003). (1982) and Greendale

Young will be touring through Europe this year visiting the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Young’s next stop will be at the ICC Berlin in Berlin, Germany on February 26.

The Teatro Arcimboldi was made, in collaboration with Pirelli, by the city of Milan and was designed by Sudio Gregotti Associatei International.  The structure seats 2,400 spread out across two levels and tunnels.
