BTU International (BTUI) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call on February 26
BTU International (NASDAQ:BTUI) will hold a conference call on February 26 to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.
BTU International engages in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of thermal processing systems used as capital equipment in manufacturing processes in the electronics and alternate energy industries. The company produces reflow furnaces for printed circuit board assembly and semiconductor wafer-level and die-level packaging equipment.
The company is involved in wafer-level and die-level packaging within the semiconductor market. Its thermal processing systems are connected and sealed to integrated circuits.
In the energy generation market, the company uses its thermal systems to process advanced ceramics and metal alloys for the use in fuel cell, solar cell and nuclear fuel applications.
