Entertainment Properties Trust (EPR) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call February 26

Entertainment Properties Trust (NYSE:EPR) will hold a conference call on February 26 at 11:00 am to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.

A self administered real estate investment trust, Entertainment Properties was acquires and develops megaplex theatres, entertainment retail centers and destination recreational and specialty properties.  The company’s properties are located in Canada and the United States.

The company’s real estate portfolio included 75 megaplex theatre properties in 25 states and Ontario, Canada; two additional theatre properties under development, seven entertainment retail centers in Westminster, Colorado, New Rochelle, New York, Burbank, California and Ontario, Canada.
