Radiohead to Perform Live at Lakewood Amphitheatre May 8

Radiohead will be performing live at the Lakewood in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday May 8 at 8:00 pm.

Fronted by Thom Yorke, the English alternative rock band from Oxfordshire first came out with their first single, “Creep” in 1992 and then their debut album, Pablo Honey in ’93. Despite the group’s unsuccessful start, “Creep” became a worldwide hit a year after its release. The band continued to release seven albums in total throughout their career and sold over 23 million records.
Radiohead albums include The Bends (1995), OK Computer (1997), Kid A (2000), Amnesiac (2001), Hail to the Thief (2003) and In Rainbows (2007).
One of Atlanta’s premier concert venues, the Lakewood Amphitheatre opened in 1989.  Built specifically for popular music,  the venue was designed to offer a state of the art musical experience.  Since it’s opening, Lakewood Amphitheatre has showcased Prince, The Steve Miller Band, Sting, Lenny Kravitz, The Dave Matthews Band, Jimmy Buffett and Phish.
