Group 1 Automotive (GPI) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call on February 26

Group 1 Automotive (NYSE:GPI) will hold a conference call on February 26 at 10:00 am to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.

Group 1 Automotive owns and operates 143 franchises at 105 dealership locations and 30 collision centers.  Operating within the automotive retail industry, Group 1 markets and sells a range of automotive products and services through its subsidiaries.

Group 1 offers new and used vehicles and related financing, vehicle maintenance and repair services, replacement parts, and warranty, insurance and extended service contracts.

The company has locations in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma and Texas.

The company acquired Chandlers Garage Holdings Ltd in March of 2007.  Chandlers Garage was comprised of three BMW/Mini dealerships in the United Kingdom.
