ING Office Fund (IOF) to Present the Interim 2008 Earnings on February 26

ING Office Fund (ASX:IOF) will present the interim 2008 earnings on February 26 at 10:00 pm.

ING invests in office buildings in the global market.  The company’s portfolio includes 23 properties and 73 further interests in Australia, Europe and the United States.  The company’s assets or primarily located in core office markets with a tenant register consisting of many blue chip companies.  The average lease term to expiry is 5.5 years.

The Fund acquired a 20% interest in DOF Master Fund CV and DOF Development Fund CV during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007.  The Fund also acquired a 50% interest in Neuilly Victor Hugo building in a partnership with ING Insurance Netherlands.
