The new homebuilder is ranked 36th in the current issue of Builder Magazine based on the number of homes closed in 2009. Rausch Coleman Homes move up 23 spots from the previous year.
Rausch Coleman Homes is swiftly rising to new heights and is one of the fastest growing new home building companies in the United States. Builder’s Magazine shows Rausch Coleman Homes is now ranked 36th out of the top 100 in homebuilders in the U.S. The previous year Coleman homes was ranked 59th, a 25% increase! They had one of the highest increases in closings at 36.5% last year when Rausch Coleman built and closed 711 homes.
