Connecticut drug rehab facility showcases new Integrated Care Model™ at 2010 NAATP Conference
New holsitic drug rehab model for New England facility
This week at the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers Conference in San Antonio, Texas, Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center showcased its new drug and alcohol rehab model that they have trademarked and termed Integrated Care Model™.
At the conference, Mountainside gave an in-depth review of this new treatment model to the drug addiction treatment providers from around the nation. The debut was met with warm reception by its drug rehab industry peers, much like their original holistic drug rehab model that they developed when the organization was founded.
“Mountainside has always been known for its innovative treatment methods within the drug rehab community,” begins a spokesperson for Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center. “Our industry peers are always interested in what we have developed or what we are in the process of developing to help those who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Our new Integrated Care Model™ is holistic in nature, just as our original treatment model, but goes a step further in that we separate the case management of the individual from the actual treatment plan. Diverse certified, credentialed professionals work together and create an individualized treatment plan that is comprehensive in nature and delivers what the individual, specifically, needs. We’ve set a new standard of care for drug rehabs worldwide, and we’re excited that we are continuing to innovate and to provide high-quality care with demonstrated long-term sobriety success rates for our clients.”
Mountainside’s model of treatment addresses the individual’s emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological needs, and a specific treatment plan is developed for each person. Holistic drug rehab programs have proven to be a highly successful model for treatment resulting in better long term sobriety success rates.
For more than 12 years, Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center has led the way in offering an individualized alcohol and drug addiction treatment program.
Mountainside’s treatment team is committed to providing quality, compassionate care to each individual in a tranquil, peaceful environment conducive to optimal recovery. The program won national attention and resulted in Mountainside being invited to Washington to meet with the White House Drug Czar, John P. Walters, who wanted to learn more about the innovative program offered at Mountainside.
In addition to its licensed and certified counselors and social workers, Mountainside provides medical services through an on-staff Nurse Practitioner and a Registered Nurse with specializations in drug addiction and alcohol treatment. Psychiatric services are available when needed.
