Dialight Plc (DIA) to Release Preliminary 2007 Earnings March 3

(LON:DIA) will release the preliminary 2007 earnings on March 3.
Formerly
the Roxboro Group Plc, Dialight engages in the manufacture and sale of
electronic lighting and electromagnetic products for the communications and
transporation markets.
The company
is organized into two business segments, Signals and Illumination, consisting
of traffic and rail signals, obstruction lights and solid state lighting
products.
The company
acquired the entire issued share capital of Lumidrives Limited on January 11,
2006.
Dialight
Corporation, dialight Garufo GmbH, Dialight Europe Limited, Dialight Lumidrives
Limited and Dialight BLP Limited are the company’s subsidiaries through which
it operates.
