School Bus Crash in Cottonwood, Minnesota Kills at least Three

At least one student from a Minnesota school was killed when the bus they were traveling on crashed near an intersection in the southwestern town of Cottonwood.

The student was among 40 on the Lakeview School bus when it was involved in an accident that included several other vehicles. Early reports have indicated that at leat two other people involved in the accident died.

Several motorists near the scene rushed injured children to the nearby Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center where a total of 11 patients were admitted. Two of those admitted were in critical condition.

There have been no names or ages released pertaining to the victims.
