Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band to Perform Live at the Honda Center April 8

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be performing live at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA at 7:30 pm.

An American songwriter, singer and guitarist, Bruce Springsteen toured with the E Street Band several times since 1972. Springsteen is known for his heartland rock style of music mixed with pop hooks, poetic lyrics and Americana sentiments. The musician has won eighteen Grammy Awards and an Academy Award. Springsteen’s most popular albums include, Born to Run and Born in the U.S.A and has sold over 60 million albums within the United States alone.

Formerly the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim, the Honda Center in Anaheim, California is the home of the Anaheim Ducks of the NHL.  The facility was constructed in 1993 costing $123 million to build.

Barry Manilow was the first to perform at the venue.  Since then the facility has been the host of the Stanley Cup finals, in 2003 and 2007, Wrestlemania XII, WrestleMania 2000, the Royal Rumble, and the IBF World Championships, as well as Nine Inch Nails, Aerosmith, Maria Carey, Boyz II Men, Coldplay, U2, Shakira, Metallica, Madonna, Phil Collins, Queen + Paul Rogers, Britney Spears, Barbra Streisand, Shania Twain, Destiny’s Child, Beyonce, NSYNC, Tina Turner, Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Circa Survive, Janet Jackson, The Rollings Stones, Paul McCartney, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.
