Vermilion Energy Trust (VET.UN) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 3

Vermilion Energy Trust (TSE:VET.UN) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on March 3.

Formed under a Plan of Arrangemnt by Vermilion, Vermilion Resourcs Ltd, Clear energy and Vermilion Acquisition Ltd, Vermilion Energy Trust is engaged in the oil and natural gas development, acquisition and production business.

The company operates in Canada, France, the Netherlands and Australia.

Company activities include exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas.

A subsidiary of Vermilion acquired 89.886% shareholding in Esso Rep on July 10, 2006.  Two days later, on July 12, 2006, the company acquired the remainder of Esso Rep from another party.
