Nevada Struck by Magnitude 6.3 Earthquake

A magnitude 6.3 earthquake hit Nevada on Thursday morning causing no known damage or injuries yet it was felt as far away as southern Idaho.

 

The epicenter was located 11 miles from the small northeastern town of Wells, Nevada located along I-80. Wells, NV is approximately 150 miles west of Salt Lake City, Utah.
