Balchem (BCPC) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 4
Balchem (NASDAQ:BCPC) will release the fourth quarter earnings March 4.
Balchem Corporation develops, manufactures and markets specialty performance ingredients and products for the food, nutritional, feed, pharmaceutical and medical sterilization industries. Specialty products, encapsulated/nutritional products and unencapsulated feed supplements are the three segments in which the company operates.
BCP Ingredients Inc, Balchem Minerals Corporation, BCP St Gabriel Inc and Chelated Minerals Corporation are the company’s four wholly owned and operated subsidiaries.
The company acquired BioAdditives LLC, CMB Additives LLC and CMB Realty of Louisiana in August 2006.
The company acquired Akzo Nobel Chemicals SpA in May 2007.
