ITV plc (ITV) to Present Preliminary 2007 Earnings March 5

ITV plc (LON:ITV) will present the preliminary 2007 earnings on March 5 at 4:30 pm.

ITV plc produces and broadcasts television program channels with a channel portfolio of ITV1, ITV2, ITV3 and ITV4.

ITV broadcasted on television, online and on mobile.  It’s businesses include merchandising, licensing, digital versatile disc, distribution and international production.  ITV’s channels include the children’s channel, Citv and two catch up channels.

ITV1 began to stream on third generation (3G) phones by December 31, 2006. 

Broadcasting, Content and Consumer are the company’s three main businesses.

The company acquired 51% in Jaffe/Braunstein Entertainment LLC, creating a partnership with Jaffe Braunstein Films LLC in May 2007 and sold 33.33% interest in Manchester United Television to the football club in Novmber 2007.
