Van Halen to Perform Live at Madison Square Garden March 17

Van Halen will be performing live Madison Square Garden on March 17 at 8:00 pm.

A hard rock band from Pasadena California, Van Halen was formed in 1972 and released their self titled debut album in 1978. The band sold over 80 million albums worldwide by the year 2007 and has had several number one hits on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.

Although the Recording Industry Association of America reports that the band is the 19th best selling band of all time, with salves of over 56 million albums in the US, Van Halen may be better known for the dramatic exits of its former band members.
