Tinbu Partners With FlightView to Create Interactive North American Flight Tracking Module

Interactive module will allow users to track airline flights coming into and out of North America in both English and Spanish

Tinbu, a leading provider of interactive data modules in a variety of in demand categories, is pleased to announce that they have entered into a partnership with FlightView to build a multilingual interactive flight tracking data module. This flight tracking module will allow Web site visitors to get real-time updated information on the status of airline flights coming into and out of the United States and Canada, including accessing near real-time radar and positioning maps for specific locations. Tinbu plans on making the interactive flight tracking module available in English and Spanish.

Tinbu's patent-pending technology allows for seamless integration of interactive data modules into media Web sites. The interactive components of Tinbu's technology is used to drive multiple millions of page views every month, along with increased site visitor satisfaction and revenue generation for leading online media groups.  "Tinbu's patent-pending technology has allowed us to develop interactive products that are being used by many leading online media groups around the world," said John Brier, Tinbu's CEO. "Our partnership with FlightView will allow us to bring an interactive flight tracking module to market that will be beneficial to millions of travelers and individuals every week. Air travel has become increasingly challenging in today's environment. It is immensely beneficial to provide the public with accurate and useful information regarding airline arrival and departure times, in-flight status information, flight delays and gate changes.  We are excited to be partnering with FlightView, a Boston- based company that offers the most comprehensive North American flight tracking data available anywhere in the world. We are confident our multilingual interactive flight tracking module will be widely embraced by online media groups and individual consumers alike."

The interactive flight tracking module will allow consumers to search for detailed information on virtually every airline flight coming into or leaving the U.S. or Canada, including incoming and outgoing flights from Europe, Asia and Central and Southern America.  Online media sites will be able to customize the interactive flight tracking module to integrate easily into any Web site environment with very little effort and users will be able to view the information in English or Spanish.

“Our partnership with Tinbu extends our reach and helps a broader audience gain control of their travel with access to real-time flight information,” said Michael Benjamin, CEO of FlightView. “With the addition of a Spanish language module even more consumers will benefit from actionable information.”

Tinbu anticipates a formal launch of the interactive flight tracking module in May of 2008.
