Companhia Brasileira de Distrib (CBD) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 4

Companhia Brasileira de Distrib (NYSE:CBD) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on March 4.

A Brazilian food retailer, Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao operates 549 stores in Brazil, as of the year ended December 31, 2006.  499 of the 549 stores were retail food stores and 367 of the retail stores are in Sao Paulo State.

The company is organized into six segments, Pao de Acucar, CompreBem, Sendas, Extra, Extra Eletro and Extra Perto.
