Dive Team Attempts to Rescue Man Trapped Under Icy Water in Racine County, Wisconsin

A man has been trapped under icy water located at a rock quarry in Racine County, Wisconsin after the backhoe he was operating broke through the surface, submerging the vehicle in about 10-15 feet of water.

Rescue workers have been trying to reach the man, but have been unsuccessful up to this point. It is still unkown what condition the man is in.
