British Pilot Dies During Flight

A British Airline pilot died mid-flight Sunday. The man was identified as 43-year-old co-pilot Michael Warren. The airline said he died of natural causes.

Warren, a former Royal Air Force pilot, died while flying the Airbus A320. The plane was carrying 156 passengers from Manchester to Paphos. It made an emergency landing in Istanbul.

 

Warren was pronounced dead after the plane landed. No other details about his death were made available. He leaves behind his wife and two children.
