Regent Communications (RGCI) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call on March 4

Regent Communications (NASDAQ:RGCI) will hold a conference call on March 4 at 9:00 am to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.

A radio broadcasting company focused on acquiring, developing and operating radio stations in mid-sized markets, Regent Communications owns 51 frequency modulation (FM) and 17 amplitude modulation (AM) radio stations in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York and Texas.

The company acquired WBZZ-FM in January 2007 as well as a substantial amount of the broadcasting and intangible assets of five radio stations in Buffalo, New York from CBS Radio Stations on December 15, 2006.

The company sold the broadcasting and intangibl assets of WYNG-FM in December 2006.
