Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band to Perform Live at Philips Arena April 25

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be performing live at Philips Arena on April 25 at 7:30 pm.

An American songwriter, singer and guitarist, Bruce Springsteen toured with the E Street Band several times since 1972. Springsteen is known for his heartland rock style of music mixed with pop hooks, poetic lyrics and Americana sentiments. The musician has won eighteen Grammy Awards and an Academy Award. Springsteen’s most popular albums include, Born to Run and Born in the U.S.A and has sold over 60 million albums within the United States alone.

Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Philips arena is the home of the Atlanta Thrashers of the NHL and the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA.  The indoor arena opened in 1999 and cost $213.5 million to build.  Owned and operated by Atlanta Spirit LLC, the arena can seat 18,729 for basketball, 18,545 for ice hockey and 21,000 for concerts in addition to 92 luxury suites and 1,866 club seats.
