Lisa Ann Taylor, also known as former Penthouse nude model Melissa Wolf, has placed her spacious estate at Sugarloaf Country Club in Duluth, Georgia for $1.2 million.
Taylor also became known as the Mansion Madam after her arrest last year on drug and prostitution charges. Taylor was charged with running a high-priced call girl service from the house.
As part of a plea deal in October, Taylor was sentenced to seven years on probation and agreed to a fine of $150,000. If the fine isn't paid before October 10, Gwinnett County can seize her country club home.
“It's a good thing I put all that money away all those years ago,” Taylor told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in Tuesday's edition.
Taylor owns several other properties, including a house in Canada and a condominium worth more than $400,000, she said.
Taylor, who held a real estate license before her conviction, had been planning to sell her house last year, she said. The negative publicity would have interfered too much with a sale, Taylor said.
Taylor built the five-and-one-half bath home in the 90's for about $500,000. At the height of the market last year, it was assessed at more than $1 million by Gwinnett County.
The mansion, which sits on a golf course, also has four fireplaces, five bedrooms and gorgeous hardwood floors.
Her exclusive neighborhood of Sugarloaf Country Club also has former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick as one of its residents. His $4.5 million house on Darlington Run on the other side of country club also is for sale.
Taylor was a centerfold in the June 1985 issue of Penthouse Magazine under the name Melissa Wolf.
