University of Arkansas at Little Rock Shooting Leaves One Victim

A shooting on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock has left on student injured while the two suspects have apparently fled the scene.

The UALR school Web site issued this update:

“An African American male was shot around 2:10 p.m. today near the tennis court on University Drive. The victim is a current UALR student. Two suspects in a gold Malibu fled the scene. UALR Students, faculty and staff were quickly alerted via an all campus telephone and email alert system.”

The condition of the victim has not been released.
