O2 Media’s Hit Morning TV Show ‘The Balancing Act’ Welcomes Robert Bosch --Makers of Purolator Filters-- to the Program!

(Pompano Beach, FL—May 2010)  Here at The Balancing Act we want you to imagine the times when you’re driving your car.  You’re having a great time cruising around, jamming to your favorite songs.  What you might not know is that while you’re filling your head with so many great tunes—your car is filling up with dirty, polluted air!  The Balancing Act invites Dave Sholtis, VP of Filtration for Purolator filters to the show.  Make sure you tune in to The Balancing Act as they air Monday, June 7th at 7:00am (ET/PT) on Lifetime Television.  Dave’s going to show viewers some simple and easy ways to clean up the air in your car with a quick fix-- called a cabin air filter.

Dave says, “A lot of people don’t realize the pollutants and allergens they breathe inside their vehicles can be SIX times more concentrated than the air outside their vehicle”.

No matter how spic and span you keep your vehicle… many of those pollutants and allergens are STILL going to get in there, either through open doors and windows or through the outside air intake.

Dave adds, “Purolator BreatheEasy™ filters have multi-filter protection with two layers of filtering power to trap even the most microscopic contaminants. The media is then electrostatically charged to ensure that the particles are held in the media.”

Doug Campbell, Founder and Executive VP of Programming for The Balancing Act, says, “Having Purolator filters on ‘The Balancing Act’ has brought yet another great solution to women, one that will have a real impact, and help them balance their lives. This is the essence of solutions-based programming, and we are proud that we could bring Dave Sholtis, and clean air solutions, to our viewers.”

Cabin air filters like the Purolator BreatheEasy™ filters help protect you and your passengers from those harmful pollutants and allergens by trapping them and keeping them from entering the car.  Think of it like your furnace filter at home.  Furnace filters prevent dust and other contaminants from tainting the air you breathe in your house.

With a cabin filter you can trap harmful contaminants-- that can damage your health!
