Perficient Inc (PRFT) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 4

Perficient Inc (NASDAQ:PRFT) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on March 4.

An information technology (IT) consulting firm, Perficient serves companies across the United States.  The company is involved in the design, building and delivery of eBusiness solutions through third party and custom software products which are developed by company partners. 

Solutions include custom applications, portals and collaboration, eCommerce, online customer management, enterprise content management, business intelligence, business integration and mobile technology.  These solutions allow clients to operate in real time, dynamically adapting business processes and their systems to the demands of a more internet driven, increasingly global and competitive marketplace.

Perficient acquired the Energy Government and General Business (EGG) division of Digital Consulting & Software Services Inc on July 21, 2006.  The company also acquired BoldTech Systems Inc in September 2007 and ePairs Inc in November 2007.
