For the fourth quarter the company earned RMB 9.09 million or US$1.33 million, compared to RMB 49.39 million, a year ago. Earnings per ADS were RMB 0.35, significantly lower than RMB 1.87 in the year-ago quarter.

TechTeam Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:TEAM) soared 12.28% to $5.85 after the company signed a definitive agreement to sell its government solutions subsidiary, TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., to Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.
