Van Halen Tour Cancelled

The Van Halen tour has been cancelled due to personal "issues" with Eddie Van Halen.

According to TMZ, hotel arrangements were cancelled for the tour, which was scheduled to continue through April 19th. The last three shows had already been cancelled.

There have been reports that Eddie was out of it during concerts and video of recent performances in which his guitar playing was atrocious. Representatives could not be reached for comment.

There have been rumors that internal conflicts have been flaring up on tour. The group kicked off their tour last fall when original singer David Lee Roth joined up with them for the first time in 22 years.

However, Andrew McNeice of Melodicrock.com confirmed that the problems with the tour do not stem from Roth.

Eddie's marital problems were made public when ex-wife Valerie Bertinelli went on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" two weeks ago. Bertinelli said she and Eddie's divorce after 26 years of marriage was caused by their extramarital affairs.
