Inc (NASDAQ:AIMC) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on
March 5.
Altra
Holdings is involved in the design, production and marketing of a variety of
mechanical power transmission and motion control products for the energy,
general industrial, material handling, mining, transportation and turf and
garden industries. The company portfolio
is comprised of industrial clutches and brakes, enclosed gear drives, open
gearing, couplings, engineered bearing assemblies, linear components and
numerous other related products.
The company
acquired Bear Linear LLC on May 18, 2006, Forest Acquisition Corporation, April
2007, and All Power Transmission Manufacturing Inc on May 18, 2006.
