Consolidated Communications Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CNSL) will hold a conference call on March 6 at 11:00 am to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.

Consolidated Communications, a rural local exchange company, is involved in the provision of communications services for residential and business customers in Illinois and Texas.  The company offers a variety of telecommunications services, such as local and long distance service, custom calling features, private line services, dial-up and high speed internet access, digital television, carrier access services, network capacity services and directory publishing.  The company also operates numerous complementary businesses, such as telemarketing and order fulfillment, telephone services for county jails and state prisons, equipment sales, operator services and mobile services. 

The company reported having 233,689 local access phone lines, 52,732 high speed internet subscribers and 6,954 Internet Protocol digital television subscribers as of December 31, 2006.
