Dynamic Materials Corporation (BOOM) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call March 6

Dynamic Materials Corporation (NASDAQ:BOOM) will hold a conference call on March 6 to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.  The call will begin at 5:00 pm.

Dynamic Materials is involved in the provision of products and services that require explosive metalworking.  The company is organized into two segments, Explosive Metalworking or DMC Clad and AMK Welding.

DMC Clad markets explosion welded clad products under the trade name, Detaclad.  These products are used by upstream oil and gas, oil refinery, chemical and petrochemical, hydrometallurgy, aluminum production, shipbuilding, power generation and industrial refrigeration industries.  Explosive Metalworking operates in Pennsylvania, France and Sweden.

Through AMK, the company offers advanced welding services, mainly to the power turbine and aircraft engine manufacturing industries.  This segment is a specialized welding subcontracting shop for complex shapes which are generally used in gas turbines and aircraft engines.

The company acquired DYNAenergeteics, a German company, in November 2007.
