Arkema (AKE) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 5

Arkema (EPA:AKE) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on March 5.

Based in France, Arkema is a chemicals company operating through three business segments, Vinyl Products, Industrial Chemicals and Performance Products.  Vinyl Products produces chlorochemicals, polyvinyl and vinyl compounds, in addition to downstream converting.  Industrial Chemicals produces acrylics, polymehtylmethacrylate, hydrogen peroxide, fluorochemicals and thiochemicals.  Performance Products produces technical polymyers, specialty chemicals, organic products, additives and agrochemicals.

The company’s product portfolio features a variety of applications which are generally used in the construction, transport, health, electrical, agricultural and pharmaceutical industries.

The company is active through 120 facilities and more than 80 production plants in Europe, North America and Asia.
