Alesco Financial Inc (AFN) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 10
Alesco Financial
Inc (NYSE:AFN) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on Monday
March 10.
Formerly
Sunset Financial Resources Inc, Alesco Financial is a finance company that
invests mainly in certain target asset classes which are identified by Cohen
& Company and its affiliates. Due to
a management agreement, the company is operated externally by Cohen &
Company Management LLC. The company’s
objectives are to generate risk adjusted returns and cash distributions for its
shareholders. The company also qualifies
as a real estate investment trust (REIT).
Alesco
Financial Trust (AFT) merged with Alesco Financial Inc on October 6, 2006. That same day, Sunset entered an interim
management agreement with Cohen & Company.
