Former Major League Baseball player Jesse Levis was arrested Monday after he was caught masturbating in a hotel window in front of underage girls on Sunday. He was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior.
Levis claims he was only getting dressed but onlookers say the current Boston Red Sox scout had been masturbating in the window for at least 40 minutes. He was released after posting $50,000 bail.
