iGATE Corporation (IGTE) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call March 10
iGATE
Corporation (NASDAQ:IGTE) will hold a conference call on Monday, March 10
at 11:30 am to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.
iGATE
operates through its subsidiaries and is engaged in the information technology
(IT) and offshore outsourcing services to large and medium sized
organizations. The company offers
services such as, client/server design and development, conversion/migration
services, offshore outsourcing, enterprise resource planning (ERP) package
implementation and integration services, software development and applications
maintenance outsourcing.
The company
is organized into three service segments, iGATE Solutions (iGS), iGATE
(iPS) Professional Services and iGATE
Shared Services (previously iGATE Corporate).
The company
entered a Master Services Agreement with LoanPro LLC on April 24, 2006 to
perform offshore mortgage servicing. In
addition, the company acquired 5% ownership interest in LoanPro with the option
to acquire an additional 55%, which was exercised on July 1, 2006.
