Lifetime Brands Inc (NASDAQ:LCUT) will hold a conference call on Monday, March 10 at 11:00 am to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.

Lifetime Brands is engaged in the design, development and marketing of a variety of branded products for the home.  The company sells products under different brands, owned or licensed in the Unites States housewares industry.  Brand names include KitchenAid, Farberware and Sabatier.  Product categories include Food Preparation, Tabletop and Home Décor.  The company also sells bath hardware and accessories products.

The company is organized into two segments, wholesale, and direct to consumer.  Wholesale markets and distributes products to retailers and distributors.  Direct to consumer sales directly to consumers via retail outlet stores, internet and mail order catalogs.

Lifetime acquired Syratech Corporation in April 2006 and Gorham, Kirk Stieff, Whiting and Durgin sterling silver businesses from the Lenox Group Inc in July 2007.
