Barack Obama knows there’s no better way to put a bad week behind you like a victory and the Illinois senator appears headed in that direction as he holds a commanding lead over Hillary Clinton in the Wyoming caucuses on Saturday.
With 91 percent reporting Obama was dominating Clinton 58 percent to 41 percent and is currently holding a 7 to 4 lead in delegates in the state. The are 12 delegates up for grabs in Wyoming.
The Democratic race tightened significantly after last Tuesday’s big wins for Clinton. Taking Texas and Ohio rejuvenated the New York senator’s campaign and started a dismal week for Obama who began to show signs of a weakening campaign.
All that may be behind him with the Wyoming victory and an expected victory in Mississippi ahead. The last big state for Obama and Clinton will be Pennsylvania.
