“The Naked City” screenwriter Malvin Wald died Thursday at 90. Wald’s son Alan, said his father died of age-related causes in Sherman Oaks Hospital. “The Naked City” won two Oscars for film editing and cinematography.
Wald wrote scripts for movies and TV shows including “Peter Gunn,” “Daktari” and “Perry Mason.”
He is survived by his son and daughter.
