Anaheim,CA - The Masters Hall of Fame has been invited to become a part of Disney's Martial Arts Festival at Disneyland® Resort, Anaheim California. The festival will be held at The Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim California on June 19, 2010.
Rob Hartman, director of the Disney’s Martial Arts Festival, notes that The Masters Hall of Fame’s leadership is well-known and respected in the martial arts community. “Working with Daniel Hect and the rest of the Masters Hall of Fame team in bringing this truly unique event to Disney’s Martial Arts Festival is consistent with our goal to heighten the recognition of the outstanding men and women in the martial arts.”
Another exciting collaboration will be with Grandmaster Eric “Lionman” O’Neal, who will also be joining festival. Grandmaster O’Neil will be auditioning young martial artists to be one of the Seven Kurodos on his multi-city tour across the United States. The Legend of the Lionman finals at will be held during the Anaheim festival.
Disney's Martial Arts Festival celebrates its fifth anniversary on June 19-20, 2009. The festival celebrates the diversity of martial arts and each discipline is coordinated and judged by knowledgeable authorities in each of their respected systems of martial arts. This translates into a fair and accurate interpretation of the art, according to Hartman.
