Actelios SpA (BIT:ACT) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 17

Actelios SpA (BIT:ACT) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on March 17.

Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Actelios S.p.A is involved in renewable energy production and the supply of integrated environmental services.  Actelios is part of Gruppo Falck and operates through its subsidiaries offering operations and maintenance to third party plants, as well as its own, dedicated to power generation.

Actelios has interest in 12 companies, Elettroambiente S.p.A (wholly owned), Ecosesto S.p.A (wholly owned), Tifeo Energia Ambiente S.c.p.A (84.90% owned), Ambiente 2000 S.r.l. (60% owned), Frullo Energia Ambiente S.r.l (49% owned), Ambiente 3000 S.r.l. (49%-owned), Palermo Energia Ambiente S.c.p.A. (20%-owned), Powercrop S.r.l. (50%-owned), Termini Imerese Energia Ambiente S.r.l. (24%-owned), and Gsa Scarl (50%-owned and in liquidation).
