Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton Face Off in Mississippi with 33 Delegates at Stake

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton will be battling it out in Mississippi today as both Democratic candidates continue to try and gain momentum heading toward the Democratic National Convention.

Obama is expected to win easily in the southern state yet the question is just how many delegates he will add to his 106 delegate lead he has established thus far. The Illinois senator is looking to build off his Saturday victory in Wyoming and push past a disappointing Super Tuesday II in which he lost in Ohio, Texas and Rhode Island.

Mississippi appears to be a forgone conclusion in the Clinton campaign as the New York senator opted to spend Tuesday in Pennsylvania rather than focus her attention on the primary at hand.
