Gunmen Storm Rehab Center in Mexico, at least 19 Killed

As many as 30 gunmen stormed a rehab center in the northern Mexico, opening fire on patients and staff and leaving at least 19 dead and four more wounded.

The attack occurred in Chihuahua, a city that has been at the center of a bloody war between rival drug gangs. According to reports the gunmen arrived in six trucks, stormed the building and began shooting at those inside.

Attacks on rehab centers has become more common in the drug wars as each side claims the centers are being used as hide-outs. In Thursday night’s attack the gunmen left messages accusing the victims of actually being criminals.
