Police Arrest Man in Eve Carson Murder Case

A suspect in the Eve Carson murder was arrested by a group of heavily armed officers in Durham, NC late Tuesday night. Police had been acting on strong leads that they have been receiving since the University of North Carolina student was gunned down in the street last week.

The suspect, believed to be the man in the ATM photo, was transported to Chapel Hill early Wednesday morning for questioning. Police have not released the identity of the man but he will likely be questioned for some time.
