Christine Plante, the mistress that broke up the marriage of Hulk Hogan, wrote a letter describing her side of the affair to Hollywood gossip blogger Perez Hilton.
Plante said she did not leak the gossip about the affair. "I am ashamed of what has taken place and it has caused me a lot of pain both personally and professionally," said Plante. "Call me what you want, but I did not leak this gossip to the press nor did I gain any money from it."
"You won’t find me signing a deal for a tell-all book on the Hogans, pimping out juicy details of the affair, appearing on television to milk this 15 minutes for all it’s worth or anything of the sort," said Plante.
Plante, who was great friends with Hogan's daughter Brooke, wrote her a letter last Thursday. "I decided I owed [Brooke Hogan] and the Hogan family a formal apology for my actions, which was my sole statement."
"It makes me wonder who has truly benefited by selling the story to the Enquirer and who has cashed in on this affair becoming public knowledge," said Plante. "Anyhow, we all know how karma works."
Brooke Hogan wrote a reply on her MySpace page in which she mentioned karma. "I think I shoulda thought about what kinda press she was gonna get when she slept with her best friends famous father," said Hogan. "Maybe she did. The truth always comes out, and I think we’re ALL seeing just exactly how karma works Christiane."
"Nothing you say will ever put my family back together," Hogan continues. "So why don’t you keep your opinion to yourself."
Plante was rumored to be pregnant, but it was reported to be false. However, Hulk Hogan said that he wishes that she was. “I’m not finished having kids," said Hogan, according to the National Enquirer. "I want another Hulkster.”
In her letter, Plante prides herself on not having any pictures of her on the Internet, but Finditt has found a few pics of the 33-year-old.
